Lunar Patrol
A downloadable game
Jump over the craters and shoot your way out of trouble for as long as you can without losing all of your lives. You get extra buggy every 10000 points.
Your mission, as pilot of the moon patrol vehicle, is to traverse the surface of the moon, avoiding potholes and enemies along the way.
In the game you control a moon buggy that must travel between checkpoints on the moon's surface while avoiding crashing into rocks, rolling stones and mines, falling into craters and being destroyed by UFOs and tanks firing shots at you.
There are two different UFOs which fly above you. One of the UFOs leaves a crater when it fires down, making the player's journey even more perilous.
This is an enhanced Moon Patrol arcade game version, with smooth parallax scrolling and reprogrammed physics system, designed to run on J2ME / Symbian devices (cell phones).
It consists of 4 different A~Z courses (while the original arcade game has 2 courses). When exiting the game, your progress is automatically saved.
Tested on real hardware (Nokia): C3-00, E63, E71, E72, X2-01, 5310 XpressMusic.
Available resolutions: 320x240 and 240x320.

if it's a downloadable game then where's the download button?...
Lunar Patrol will be released soon, sorry i have other things to do in real life other than game programming, the plan is to be released before Christmas.
I can guarantee you that this game is one of the best conversions of Moon Patrol. The game is ready with 3 courses (A~Z), I am finishing the development with 1 additional course, totaling 4 courses.
Thank you for the comment.
Your welcome, and I'm eager to try it out.
It's amazing to know that java-games are still created this days^^)
All my J2ME games were created and published on the OVI Store in 2012. I'm just improving them, adding new levels, improving the graphics, etc...
Believe me, even that kind of action around java games is really saldom rn, unfortunatelly of course...(
What is "saldom rn" ?
